The Operations managers oversee all aspects of the snow and ice management business. These managers have separate tasks as related to snow plowing, salting, and hand labor services. All three services are managed by a specific Operations Manager and have separate team members to perform those duties within that service. The Area foremen are responsible for their individual territory, which is determined by their relative location.
